Like I think I just reached the zenith of it on my skin, and I still had lots of red marks and some breakouts with it. My main point was that soaked oats can be calming and nourishing in moment of need. It's also at a great price point. If you haven't tried azelaic acid, this is a great place to start. It had a thinner, milk-like look and consistency. The cleansers from the same line are pretty good too, though a bit drying for dry skin. All this information is really helpful. It has squalene, a great ingredient for me, plus actual effective ingredients, no fragrance, and no problematic ingredients such as alcohol or witch hazel which can be harsh in a toner. I have bad luck with Innisfree products. You really want to try and use the most potent amount of things such as retinols and AHAs that your skin can handle, even if you have to use it less often. I was (and still kind of am) obsessed with DE, and it's a brand I know I can recommend to people, because I know the ingredients and formulations are quality (not saying someone can't break out from it but in general it's good). Our products are formulated with only clean, skin-loving ingredients. However as far as skincare products that I personally find effective and useful, in my experience products with a bit more beneficial ingredients than just for example, azelaic acid, have been more beneficial for my skin because it gives me the benefits of many ingredients.
